On 18May24 I wanted to order an Expedition One Off-Road High Clearance HD Rear Bumper for my '12 Dodge Ram HD 4X4 2500 Cummins Crew Cab Pick up and called and intially spoke with Andy. Andy spent a lot of time answering several questions at the time and helped me prepare and complete my order. At the time I questioned whether or not Exp. One would be doing their Memorial Day Weekend Sale this year he said they would but was not sure of what discount may apply! However, he assured me that when the time came and if the discount was greater than the ones he issued for me the day of the order I would be credited the difference when Memorial Day came. Well, Memorial Day sale launched for 2024 and the discount was higher than what I intitially recieved and I called again today and spoke to Sue F., and as promised, she issued me a refund for the difference and applied the difference of the discount to my order. You cannot ask for better service tghan that and the staff at Expedition One that I have dealt with thus far I can only describe as STELLAR going above and beyond to meet customers needs. I am really looking forward to taking delivery of my new Rear Bumper which from what I was told will ship early/mid June and I am waiting with much excitement.
